I work primarily with individuals, couples, and families to address the issues underlying communication differences. I also enjoy assisting couples with learning the art of fighting fair, reclaiming love within their marriages, and working on co-parenting skills when there are children from a previous marriage/ relationship.
In addition, I offer affairs counseling regardless of whether you are the hurt partner or the unfaithful partner.
I especially enjoy working with couples who are planning to get married by empowering each partner with knowledge and tools for a strong relationship foundation.
A few examples that we will work on are rebuilding trust and self-esteem, talking about the painful issues without you hurting each other, learning how to overcome your obsessive thoughts, and re-establishing love, intimacy, honor and respect in your marriage or relationship.
I offer my clients traditional office sessions, certainly when weather dictates, and for those who are willing to embrace and trust the concept, I offer 'Therapy in the Park'. I find conducting sessions in the park helps to reduce your anxiety leading to a more intimate sharing of inner feelings.
