The ups, downs, and turnarounds of life can be challenging, especially when we're trying to wear a number of hats. As a seasoned Licensed Professional Counselor with a lot of experiences wearing different hats, I know that sometimes challenges can become overwhelming. Feelings of depression, anger and extreme anxiety and worry can cause us to question our purpose for being. If you're at that place in your life, I can help. One of my life's goals is to empower, encourage, and inspire people who are struggling to make sense of life.
By applying time tested, faith, and evidenced based strategies, most people can learn to manage and even overcome any hard balls life might throw at them. Even though life's situations may be complicated, my approach is not. My goal is to keep it simple and focus on solutions.
