Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. Starting therapy can be overwhelming, uncertain and isolating, but know we can grow together. Clients who seek my care often find themselves in need of support around slowing down or reconnecting with themselves or loved ones following a difficult time in their lives. I bring a balanced and thoughtful approach to tackling conflict or uncomfortable situations-sometimes when we're in the thick of the forest, we can't see it for the trees.
I specialize in talking through life transitions and help folks to cope with: chronic and terminal illness, grief and loss, divorce, couples and women's issues, stress management, identity and gender rediscovery, trauma and more. Please note I don't work with families or children at this time.
