ADHD/ASD Differential Assessments are designed for adults who have long noticed differences in how they think, learn, feel, and relate to others, and who may be wondering whether ADHD, Autism, or both help explain their experiences. Many seek evaluation after years of masking, burnout, anxiety, or feeling “out of sync” in work, relationships, or daily life, and often bring a strong desire for clarity and self-understanding rather than “fixing” themselves. These clients are typically motivated to better understand their brains, advocate for their needs, and access supports or accommodations that align with their values and goals.
Accepting a limited number of short-term clients for ADHD, Autism, and differential diagnosis assessments through select insurance, EAPs, and private pay. I bring advanced training and a thoughtful, ethical approach that honors each client’s lived experience. I also offer gentle, collaborative EMDR for adults healing from trauma, chronic stress, and masking.
I strive to practice with cultural humility, curiosity, and accountability, knowing that mental health is deeply shaped by identity, systems, and community. I believe in equity over equality and in creating spaces where people feel respected, empowered, and supported as their full selves.
