I am passionate about working with adult women and teen girls that are going through transformative and transitional years of life that are ready to take the next steps to grow through their stories, heighten their self-discovery, and discover their most authentic selves. I believe that is possible by providing a foundation of stability, inclusivity, support, belonging, and safety in our therapeutic relationship. My clinical interests revolve around transitions, anxiety, trauma, relationships, self-esteem, women's issues, and grief/loss.
I work from an integrative and holistic lens that values all facets of my clients' health and well-being, including clients' emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual health and well-being. By doing so with mindfulness and self-awareness, we have the opportunity to enhance other facets of life, including relationships, careers, and all that life offers.
