I specialize in supportive work with individuals experiencing critical mental health concerns, cPTSD, PTSD, OCPD, OCD, and substance use challenges, including co-occurring disorders and high-risk behaviors. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can address what’s happening right now while building skills for long-term stability and growth. I practice from a trauma-informed lens and thoughtfully consider cultural identity, systemic stressors, and lived experience in our work together. I am committed to affirming care that supports body positivity, self-acceptance, and empowered personal narratives.

My approach is person-centered and integrative, drawing from CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. I emphasize the importance of individuality & bring my relatable personality to each session. Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, FUN, and grounded in respect — I’m always focused on helping you move toward meaningful, sustainable change.
