Many people struggle with anxiety or depression and need support. Have you experienced traumatic events in your life that you're having a hard time coping with? It's hard to do it all on your own all the time. I work hard to build a safe and comfortable space for clients in order to learn coping skills that work for them and their lifestyle, re-process difficult memories, and work towards the life you really want. I work with people from all walks of life and specialize in military and first responders.

I utilize various modalities such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, MI and Narrative Therapy to help clients through traumatic events, memories or experiences. I also work with clients struggling with depression and anxiety. I have experience working with veterans, adults, adolescents, and preteens.

Taking the first step to ask for help can be challenging. I work hard to build rapport and make my clients feel comfortable during sessions. If you would like guidance and support through treatment, please call to schedule an appointment. I am offering in person and tele health sessions.
