I specialize in trauma work. I incorporate an integrative therapeutic approach; utilizing mindfulness and somatic (body-based) approaches, as well as Strengths-Based and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy interventions in session. I’m trained in domestic violence work, Gottman training for couples, and can incorporate Christian/Biblical counseling if desired.
