About
It can be hard to be a good parent and spouse, to meet the expectations of friends, colleagues and family, all while trying to meet our own needs. No wonder we find ourselves lost, unfulfilled and disconnected. I provide couples and individuals the support and consistency necessary to thrive in recognizing their strengths, build confidence in who they are, and develop tools and increased awareness to create lasting growth. Through my training and education, I strongly believe the therapeutic relationship is the most important factor in facilitating change.
I have a passion for working with couples, parents, young adults, and adolescents. I've worked with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, self-empowerment, relationship/family concerns, divorce, blended families, parenting/co-parenting, and other mental health issues.
My goal is to provide a safe and support environment to assist you in creating change to live a more quality life. I bring not only knowledge, but compassion and heart to my work.
