shifted under your feet- and that's true whether you're a child, a teen,
or an adult. Maybe you've lost someone or something precious, you're
carrying a worry that just won't ease, or your heart aches watching your
child struggle and you wish you knew how to help.
Whatever brought you here, I want you to know you don't have to hold it
all on your own. I walk alongside children, teens, young adults, and adult
women through grief and loss, anxiety and depression, and the tender,
disorienting work of life transitions.
In our time together, we'll make
gentle space for whatever you're carrying, find small steady footholds for
the hard days, and move forward in a way that honors everything you've
been through. I aim to make therapy feel safe and human — less like a
clinical appointment, and more like sitting with someone who really sees
you and is in it with you.
