I enjoy working with anxiety, OCD, grief, trauma, and any pre/post-natal mental health. Mental health is an integral part of each individual's life, and sometimes it can be difficult to understand on your own. I am a firm believer that each person has the capability of rising above whatever struggles they face, and coming out a better and stronger person than before. Life isn't easy, and each phase presents its own hurdles. Some of those hurdles might be your own anxiety, depression, or relationship struggles. These challenges don't need to stop your progression, instead you can learn skills to better understand and tackle them.
With a client-centered approach, I ensure that your goals are of the utmost importance when working together. I aim to create a safe space, free of criticism or judgement, where you can openly discuss whatever challenges you are currently facing. My goal is to be a valuable resource for anyone looking to have a better understanding of themselves.
I believe a person's lived experiences deserve to have a place to be heard, validated, understood, and supported. Having someone with you on your journey through life, navigating all of the unexpected twists and turns that come up, could really be a benefit.
