My client-centered approach supports my belief that my clients have the innate ability, strength, and resilience to overcome life’s most distressing experiences and challenges.
I provide individual virtual and in-person counseling services to adults. I utilize an eclectic treatment style to address each individual client's needs including body-based techniques, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Strength's-based practices, and other evidenced based treatments to help my clients.
