I specialize in working with young adults and women who have post-traumatic stress, mood and depression challenges, anxiety, and other general mental health challenges. My client-centered approach supports my belief that my clients have the innate ability, strength, and resilience to overcome life’s most distressing experiences and challenges.

I utilize an eclectic treatment style for both in person and virtual sessions to address each individual client's needs. This includes body-based techniques, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Strength's-based practices, and other evidenced based treatments to help my clients.
