I am a passionate psychotherapist, deeply committed to helping individuals strengthen the connection to their inner selves. I believe this can facilitate an increase of confidence in oneself and their abilities. I approach every session with curiosity and excitement. I recognize that each person is the expert on their own life and experiences and work to incorporate that into sessions.
I highly value the therapeutic relationship and work to build a strong foundation with each patient to better ensure success and collaboration. Throughout our time together we will dive into past and current experiences and explore how your actions and emotions are affected.
Starting therapy can be nerve-wracking, so I find it important to meet each individual where they are at. I like to begin by getting to know you as a person and gaining an understanding of what is bringing you to therapy.
