In therapy, I will provide a safe space for you to experience emotions and memories that are difficult to face alone. In session, clients experience me as attentive, compassionate, and authentic. By exploring and asking questions about your experiences, I will help you create a strong sense of self-awareness that will help you navigate life difficulties more effectively.
My approach combines different philosophies that focus on the present and the past. I am trained in multiple modalities, but most frequently use EMDR, Attachment Theory, CBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy. By combining my personal style and evidence-based techniques, I can help you achieve your goals and live a meaningful, fulfilling life.
