I help adults and teens in Chanhassen and the surrounding areas (Chaska, Minnetonka, Minneapolis, Carver County and Hennepin County) find steadier footing, healthier patterns, and a life that actually feels like their own again. My style is warm, practical, and collaborative. I bring evidence-based tools like CBT, mindfulness-based strategies, and trauma-informed approaches.
