I specialize in working with survivors of complex trauma/CPTSD including childhood emotional neglect and abuse, family enmeshment, sexual violence, and systemic oppression. My clients experience emotional flashbacks, chronic shame, people-pleasing, dissociation, hypervigilance, and fears of abandonment and intimacy. They’re seeking safety in their bodies, clarity in their boundaries, and personal integrity. For couples navigating trauma together, I offer support to rebuild connection and shift out of survival-driven patterns. As a queer therapist, I hold an affirming, systems critical, anti-oppressive lens and center your liberation
I blend EMDR, parts/Internal Family Systems, and somatic therapy to help you process and rebuild. Our work may include addressing protective parts, revisiting activating memories, resolving body tension and reactivity, and moving out of survival mode.
