Sydney is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA), who has experience working with a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, self-esteem, life transitions, communication in romantic and family relationships, and women’s empowerment. Sydney is an LGBTQ+ affirmative therapist. Sydney works with children, adolescents and adults, as well as families and couples.
Sydney utilizes an integrative approach to therapy that combines Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused, Cognitive-Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Play Therapy to foster a compassionate, creative, judgement-free space for her clients to explore their stories, strengthen their voices and empower authorship of their own lives.
Sydney earned her M.S. in Human Development and Family Studies with specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy.
