I believe in treating everyone with respect & empathy, regardless of background. Working with people from marginalized populations (2S-LGBTQIA+, women's issues, religious trauma, racism, medical issues/disabilies, adults from immigrant families, etc.) is a passion of mine, but I am happy to work with those who are not part of these populations as well. I offer half-hour or full-hour virtual sessions for all concerns, and can also offer 3-hour intensive trauma-processing sessions.

I am trained in EMDR & Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma, Exposure & Response Prevention for OCD, & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for other concerns. I also enjoy working with other therapists, & offer consulting for authors writing about mental health topics! With individual, intensive, & group options, we'll determine the best approach for your needs.

Sessions are $75/half-hour session (20-30 minutes), or $130/full-hour session (40-60 minutes). I do not accept insurance. Sessions can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly! I create a coping plan with each client during our first session. In following sessions, we will begin some mental health education about how trauma, anxiety, or depression can impact your brain and body. We'll try to pinpoint the triggers to your symptoms, and address the root cause of each concern. We'll look for patterns that need to change in order for you to begin healing and moving forward!

Sign ups are live for this virtual support group! We will begin in August and meet every other week. This group is for women ages 18-40 who have chronic illnesses, pain, and/or disabilities.
