Able to see clients in Missouri, New Jersey, Oklahoma, South Carolina, and Utah! I help clients ages 13-45 with trauma, anxiety, & OCD. I believe in treating everyone with respect & empathy, regardless of background. Working with people from marginalized populations (2S-LGBTQIA+, women's issues, religious trauma, racism, medical issues/disabilies, adults from immigrant families, etc.) is a passion of mine, but I am happy to work with those who are not part of these populations as well. I offer half-hour or full-hour virtual sessions for all concerns, and can also offer 3-hour intensive trauma-processing sessions.
I am trained in EMDR & Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma, Exposure & Response Prevention for OCD, & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for other concerns. I also enjoy working with other therapists, & offer consulting for authors writing about mental health topics! With individual, intensive, & group options, we'll determine the best approach for your needs.
