I utilize a trauma-informed, holistic approach and strive to honor each person’s unique experiences, recognizing that healing looks different for everyone. My work often incorporates interventions such as eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), narrative therapy, and relationally focused approaches.
