I provide both in-person and online services utilizing a strength-based approach and various evidence-based methods, like Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and I'm trained in EMDR. I'm LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and neurodivergent affirming, and welcome clients of all backgrounds.
