It’s so nice to meet you here!
I can just imagine the mixture of bravery and pain that brings you to seek support. The waves of life oftentimes catch us off guard, leaving us feeling confused and alone, looking for direction and a compassionate, SAFE place to heal. I’m thankful you are taking care of yourself by making the first step to receive care.
About my practice, I work with late teens to the elderly, individuals and couples. I’ve found a love of supporting individuals impacted by mild to severe TRAUMA and GRIEF, codependency and spiritual abuse. I also specialize in supporting women wounded by sex addiction or betrayal.
Much of our pain comes from neural patterns that keep us stuck in the past. Through Lifespan Integration, I help create new pathways that ground you in the present so you can heal and move forward. With couples, I use Gottman methods to strengthen communication and connection.
While I work with many clients online, I love in-person sessions in my relaxing and private office. You'll have a sense for what is best for you!
Being a therapist is a joy—full of beautiful stories, inspiring people, and growth. I’d be honored to help you reconnect with yourself as you heal and move forward!
I look forward to talking with you soon!
