I work best with neurodivergent and disabled adults, LGBTIA+ folks, and people who have experienced trauma. If you've been feeling exhausted by a world that wasn't built with you in mind, or you're tired of trying to fit into boxes that were never meant to fit you in the first place, you've come to the right place! I aim to create a space where you don't have to explain or justify your existence. You can just exist as you are.
I also practice from a fat-postive, weight-inclusive perspective. Your body is not a problem to be solved and will not be treated as such.
As a queer-identifying clinician, I bring my whole self to this work. I understand firsthand what it means to navigate systems and spaces that aren't welcoming for you, and I'm committed to showing up for my clients the same way I'd want someone to show up for me, with curiosity, zero judgement, and a lot of warmth.
