I know that life often has a way of making us forget how to slow down and enjoy the small joys. Temporary seasons of life can often make us feel as if our stress will last forever. I am here to support clients through ALL seasons of life, and show nothing but acceptance for where they are at. Being a former teacher & school counselor has made me better understand the struggles children & families face.

I have a passion for using child-centered play therapy. CCPT does not focus on the past or present version of the child, but rather allows the therapist to accept and experience each moment through the child's eyes. I also serve young adults who are struggling to find their footing in adulthood.
