My approach is providing "physical therapy for the mind."
We periodically experience emotional injuries that make it difficult to move forward - taking form as anxiety, depression, or PTSD. Further, some find talk therapy difficult, but still need support for mental health challenges. This is why I provide treatment with Microcurrent Neurofeedback. It allows you to passively enjoy the benefits of having a more regulated body (sleeping better, less reactive, less anxious) without jumping into intense talk therapy first. This fits any life stage or personality.
If you want to access counseling first, I provide evidenced based treatment for trauma, anxiety, and life's difficulties. I value building a safe relationship and use research based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR for "stuck" memories that need reprocessing.
