I believe that what many of us long for most is a deep sense of connection - to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us. I work with high achieving women and couples who are seeking to come back into contact with their aliveness, but are blocked by anxiety, perfectionism, chronic stress, grief, depression, or past trauma. My clients come to me seeking a transformational space to authentically embrace their Whole Self, so that they feel more free and capable to lead their lives and relationships with clarity, integrity, and heart.

My approach is holistic, collaborative and relational, drawing upon my training in Gestalt Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, EFT for Couples, the Enneagram, attachment theory, mindfulness and yoga.

I believe that self inquiry and transformation is a patient process that requires courage, tenderness, honesty, and oftentimes a sense of humor. What I offer is more than a weekly therapy session, but an invitation to step into a new way of being inside and outside of our time together.

Insurance

I am not accepting insurance at this time, but I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. I charge $165 for a 55-minute session and $185 for 75-minutes. I ask all couples to meet for 75 minutes initially, and then adjust to whatever feels best.
