My work balances psychodynamic and cognitive approaches, with flexibility based on the needs of each client. I focus on helping people understand the patterns contributing to their distress while also developing practical ways to create change. My approach is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and grounded in genuine curiosity about each person’s experience.

Often the starting point is simply recognizing that something feels painful, stuck, overwhelming, or difficult to navigate alone.
