Welcome! It can be challenging when children and teenagers face issues like behavior problems, stress, anxiety, or difficulty in school. These struggles often mean that they are navigating tough emotions or situations. My goal is to support those I work with in managing their feelings and behavior in a healthy, authentic way. Therapy can be a space for them to understand their emotions better and learn how to express their needs, helping them to move forward with confidence. If you’re a parent concerned about your child or teenager during a difficult time, counseling can be a great place to start.
A safe and comfortable environment is my top priority during sessions. For children, I incorporate play therapy, activities, and creative interventions to help them express themselves in ways that are age-appropriate. I also value the role of parents; I offer coaching and feedback to help you explore new ways to support your child or teenager at home.
My goal is to instill clarity and confidence in those I work with. I believe in the resilience of each family, and I hope that our time together will help that grow.
