I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) with over 3 years of experience helping children, teens, and adults. I am eager to assist clients in identifying and processing emotions and thoughts as well as developing plans tailored to their needs and therapeutic goals. I also specialize in anxiety, depression, boundaries, grief, and self-esteem. I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Tennessee State University and my Master of Science in Clinical Counseling and Psychology from Clayton State University.
I utilize active listening and empathy skills to encourage self-compassion and increase self-esteem in a "no judgment" zone. My practice focus areas are depression, anxiety, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, emotion management, positive self-talk, and self-care.
