I am particularly passionate about working with individuals on familial and interpersonal relationship issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and neurodevelopmental disorders. I feel strongly about delivering neurodiversity affirming care to my clients. All brains are beautiful and unique, so why not treat them that way!
I believe that we are largely a product of our environment and experiences, so in our sessions we will likely be looking at these aspects of life to grow and heal. I practice Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a Person-Centered approach, and incorporate Biblical counseling principles.
We are continually learning: about ourselves, about our work, and about life. I enjoy cultivating a safe space in which clients are able to discover more about themselves. I look forward to your call and our work together!
