I enjoy working with children ages 10+, adolescents, and adults. My specialties include trauma, OCD, ADHD, neurodiversity, depression, anxiety, and working with the LGBTQIA+ community. Clients that I work with often have negative thoughts about feeling “different” and/ or inadequate. I take a non-judgemental approach to help you develop tools and techniques to embrace and work alongside your brain. My clients often feel like they aren't good enough, as a parent, a partner, a professional, or other roles they deeply value. I am passionate about helping clients rebuild their identity, self-worth, and autonomy.
I utilize techniques such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ERP, directive and non-directive play therapy. My clients are the experts of their experiences and I empower clients in setting their goals and pace for treatment. Each client comes into therapy with their own needs, and I enjoy working collaboratively to tailor my approach to meet those unique needs.
