I support adults and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationships of all kinds, identity exploration, and past experiences that continue to feel heavy. I’m especially passionate about creating an affirming space for queer people, neurodivergent folks, and others who have been misunderstood or marginalized.
My approach is affirming, socially aware, and grounded in the belief that change is always possible.
I believe therapy should be collaborative. It’s a place where I completely trust that you are the expert on your experiences and life. I show up as a therapist who understands that our relationships, identities, culture, and the systems around us shape how we move through the world. I believe real change happens in our therapeutic relationship itself!
