This is a safe space for all parts of you, just as you are. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when chronic anxiety, overthinking, self-worth, and relationships overlap in ways that feel hard to untangle. I support those navigating anxiety and stress, identity and self-esteem concerns, relational patterns and wounds, chronic illness (POTS/EDS/etc), and times of change. My work is grounded in a culturally responsive, compassion-focused, and queer-competent approach, offering a collaborative and relational space to explore patterns, reduce anxiety, and create meaningful change that goes beyond coping alone.

Many of my clients navigate the exhausting cycle of chronic overthinking and a harsh inner critic. I specialize in helping you manage overwhelming emotions and anxiety, heal deep-seated relational wounds, and explore the complex questions of identity and self-worth. I affirm and empower those with LGBTQ+/queer, poly, and multicultural identities.
