My therapy practice starts with the idea that everyone’s mental health journey is unique, and that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I view therapy as a partnership between us, where we're both motivated to improve your life in whatever way fits best. One-on-one telehealth sessions can help you and me get to the bottom of strong emotions and stressors in your life, as well as practice coping skills in a 100% judgement-free environment.
