As an LPC, I view behavior as functional or dysfunctional and help clients break free from patterns that no longer serve them. I specialize in Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, and some Personality Disorders. My evidence-based approach includes CBT, DBT, Insight-Oriented, Behavioral Therapy, and Attachment-based techniques tailored to each client’s needs. For trauma, I integrate CPT and TF-CBT to address unhelpful beliefs formed after traumatic experiences.
