I focus on what’s underneath the behavior—what it’s protecting, what it’s communicating—and help clients build safer, more connected ways of being in the world and with themselves. I pull from evidence-based modalities, but always tailor my work to you—your story, your strengths, your goals.
I work with teens and adults navigating eating disorders and co-occurring challenges like trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use, identity, and relationships. I view these struggles as adaptive responses—not failures. I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) for those interested in exploring alternative, evidence-based treatment.
