Hi! I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, specializing in the treatment of OCD and perfectionism. When persistent intrusive thoughts, constant "what if"s, or an overwhelming need for certainty dominate your experience, the simplest of tasks can feel impossibly heavy. The effort to find relief often leads to mental loops that drain your time, energy, and sense of self as doubt takes the wheel. I’ve witnessed how isolating this experience can be, and I’ve also seen meaningful change unfold. Together, we'll reconnect with your values while developing practical skills to navigate uncertainty and reclaim your freedom to choose.
My therapeutic style balances warmth with refreshing directness, providing gentle challenges when needed to help align your actions with your deepest values and goals. My integrative behavioral approach blends ERP, ACT, and psychodynamic techniques, using what works while recognizing the limits of each, especially in treating anxiety.
Working together, we'll examine your relationship to your thoughts, behaviors and emotions. I'll guide you to identify cognitive patterns, distinguish controllable factors, and restructure limiting beliefs. Using evidence-based techniques, you'll develop adaptive responses; a transformation I've witnessed repeatedly as clients achieve recovery.
