About
I have experience working with people from all walks of life. I enjoy working with individuals and couples, typically with issues of anxiety, depression, communication, life transitions, personal growth, relational conflict, self-esteem, sexual difficulties, societal oppression/equity, and trauma. I work with individuals of all ages, backgrounds, abilities, am LGBTQIA+ affirming, and am culturally competent. I respect your strength and vulnerability, offering a safe, nonjudgmental space to express your truth; to process, grow, and heal. I value authenticity and welcome you to be your truest self in whatever way you're comfortable.
I have completed the Level 1 training through the IFS Institute for the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, and will be participating in Level 2 soon this year. I also have experience in: Person-centered therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-focused therapy, Bibliotherapy, Mindfulness, and several other approaches as well.
