I am passionate, and empathetic to the daily struggles impacting individuals in today’s complex world. I provide a warm environment while being direct in sessions. I use a strength-based approach to help clients identify and reach goals while understanding the individual needs and desires of each client. Viewing the individual in the context of their environment allows me to gain a more holistic view of the client and the external stressors impacting their daily lives. I strive to create a non-judgmental, safe and supportive space. I am accepting virtual clients in Illinois and Ohio and in-person clients in Ohio.

I integrate a wide range of treatment options including CBT and Trauma-Informed Therapy. My training includes providing therapeutic services to children and adults at an elementary school and outpatient clinic in the Bronx and Harlem, NY. I have experience working with anxiety/depression, mood disorders, adjustment disorder, trauma and abuse.

I founded SG Therapy Group with the intention of providing a warm and inviting space for individuals and couples to begin their therapeutic journey. Beginning therapy can be overwhelming and intimidating making it difficult to reach out when needed. My goal is to make the therapeutic process a positive and rewarding experience.
