Therapy should be a space where you feel understood, supported, and comfortable being yourself. My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, while also being direct and willing to challenge you. I work with adults navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, relationship concerns, and the impact of difficult life experiences. Together, we’ll explore how your experiences have shaped you, process what feels unresolved, and help you feel more grounded and connected to yourself and others.

I specialize in trauma, PTSD, and distressing life experiences. I use EMDR, CBT, attachment-based work, and other evidence-based approaches to help you process difficult experiences, understand patterns, and reduce the ways the past impacts your present. I am EMDR Certified and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP).

I’m the founder and owner of SG Therapy Group and am licensed in both Ohio and Illinois. I know that starting therapy—or starting again with a new therapist—can feel intimidating. My goal is to create a space where you can feel safe enough to be honest, better understand yourself and your patterns, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
