Hi there! My goal is to support folks in reconnecting with their innate wisdom and authenticity. I believe that you are the expert of your life, and my role is to hold space for exploration and a deeper connection with yourself. The areas that I'm passionate about include grief and loss, trauma-informed care, self esteem issues, anxiety, and somatic-based work. I work with children, teens, adults, older adults, families, and the LGTBQIA+ community. My goal is to foster an environment filled with safety, warmth, and trust.
I utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and Narrative Therapy while tailoring each session to your unique needs. Together, we may explore the stories you have carried about yourself, notice how emotions show up in your body, process memories, and build greater self-trust.
I'm a big proponent of befriending our younger selves, tending to their needs, and providing them with what they may have never received. I love to make room for laughter and celebrating wins/strengths in the process. I believe that my role as a counselor is deeply sacred and I'm honored to be a part of your journey.
