You deserve to feel heard and understood. Life transitions, experiencing trauma, navigating eating concerns, and understanding relationship challenges can be overwhelming and make you feel alone. New phases of life, going through a really painful experience, or managing our relationship with food and our bodies brings up things that may be unexpected or distressing. You may be asking yourself: What makes me feel most like myself? What are other people thinking? It can feel impossible to determine if you're where you "should" be as you also navigate everything that comes with being a teenager, college student, or young adult.
I support clients healing from trauma experiences, exploring coping skills, and finding ways to reconnect with their body in order to trust their intuition. Using modalities like DBT, CBT, ACT and mindfulness, we will use techniques that help you address difficult situations in the present and the future, while cultivating your personal growth and wellness.
I make it a priority to ensure that my clients feel relaxed and safe in session, and it's a primary goal of mine to make sure clients feel understood and validated. I believe that you are capable of reaching your goals and feeling more aligned with who you are. Click "Email Me" or "My Website" to connect with our team so we can begin this journey together!
