I provide a safe environment to develop trust and share in the healing process. I have been working with teens, children, and adults for over 10 years and am experienced in helping individuals and families thrive after trauma, loss, and difficult transitions.
I specialize in trauma therapy and am certified in both Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I also utilize sand, play, and art therapies to help children and teens express themselves and process emotions.
The therapist-client relationship is not one size fits all, please call for a free phone consultation to see if we would work well together. Currently, I see clients for both in-person and telehealth sessions as well as consultees for EMDR certification and provide supervision for clinical licensure. I do my best to accommodate school and work schedules.
