I am a therapist who strives to create a safe space for my clients to laugh, cry, be vulnerable, and be strong. My clients may begin their journey with me feeling depressed, confused, frustrated, and alone. We work together to discover the strength, power, and resilience that was in them all along. Some of the things we work on are depression, anxiety, sexual challenges, grief, loss, and anger.
There’s so much power in forming trusting relationships. I am driven to form trusting relationships and advocate for the best interest of you. I'm determined to help you repair, restore, and recharge. Our sessions will be collaborative and engaging, with you being in the driver’s seat. Humor is one of my favorite ways to heal!
