I am now accepting new clients! My approach to therapy is open minded, collaborative, and inclusive. I take a "come as you are" approach and encourage my clients to show up as their true selves for us to form a trusting therapeutic relationship. I offer support to my clients in their healing, pattern-breaking, life transitions, exploration of self, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. I personally tailor my approach to each individual as therapy is not a “one size fits all.” I find value in community, connection, and laughter in both my daily life and therapy.
I moved 3,000 miles cross country to Seattle 2 years ago to pursue a career in mental health. My personal mental health journey has been the main influencer in my career choice- as I have experienced the positive impacts of therapy first hand. De-stigmatizing mental health has been a long time passion of mine, now turned career.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy being in the sun (Seattle winters have been a bit of an adjustment,) being out on the water as much as I can, spending time with my friends, snuggling with my cat, cooking new recipes, and reading a good book! I look forward to learning about you and your goals for your own therapy journey!
