About
I believe the purpose of counseling is for individuals to tap into their inner knowing, develop a deeper understanding of their true selves, identify the life experiences that contribute to present day problems, and to move forward in the most authentic way possible. I serve as a guide who supports my clients in the process of finding their own answers and taking responsibility for creating solutions and action in their life. I work with individuals, couples, and all age groups.
As a humanistic counselor, I will hold space for you to experience your feelings to their fullest and to explore all aspects of your life; career, relationships, personal, family, and both past and present. I have experience working with children, adolescents, parents, adults, and couples. Areas of particular interest include relationships and divorce.
