I provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families with concerns relating to mental health and relationships. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relational stressors. As a certified yoga instructor, I strive to incorporate mindfulness-based practices with clients. I view change and personal growth as an ever-evolving process, and believe that when we begin to understand ourselves and our emotional experiences, meaningful change can emerge.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative and person-centered. I believe the context of your life is important, and that you are the expert on what is best for you. I utilize a variety of evidence-based approaches such as Psychodynamic Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing.
