I incorporate intersectionality, inclusion, and equity to foster a therapeutic and healing environment for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color), Queer and Trans (LGBTQ+ ), and Neurodivergent individuals.

I use an integrative therapeutic approach of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Phase Model (trauma informed treatment).

I believe in bridging the gap between limitations and stigmas that are faced by individuals when addressing mental health concerns by meeting them where they are to aid in the process of healing.
