I incorporate intersectionality, inclusion, and equity to foster a therapeutic and healing environment for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color), Queer and Trans (LGBTQ+ ), and Neurodivergent individuals. I specialize in working with adult clients with marginalized identities and treating depression, anxiety, personality disorders, dissociative symptoms, and trauma and stressor-related disorders.
I use an integrative therapeutic approach of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Trauma Informed Therapy.
I believe in bridging the gap between limitations and stigmas that are faced by individuals when addressing mental health concerns by meeting them where they are to aid in the process of healing.
