Welcome. I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals and couples in Pasadena. My work includes both teens and adults struggling with the weight of overwhelm, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, unresolved trauma, and existential fear. These challenges may have you feeling “stuck”, repeating past behaviors, feeling unfulfilled, confused, or doubting yourself. Through therapy, we collaboratively increase emotional awareness, process unresolved trauma, heal attachment wounds, challenge unhelpful thoughts and patterns, and strengthen relationship bonds in order to heal and flourish.
While I uniquely tailor treatment to each individual, my approach is holistic- it is also client-centered, trauma-informed, and evidence-based. I often incorporate, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
Therapy equips us with essential tools and support for emotional resilience and healing. Whether facing stress, anxiety, grief, relational challenges, a history of trauma, or self-doubt, therapy guides us toward healthier coping mechanisms, a deeper level of understanding, clarity, and change.
