I provide a safe space for you to express all of who you are, without fear of judgement. The therapeutic relationship is important in helping you feel safe, and I enjoy taking time to build this relationship. My style allows you to lead the way and focus on whatever may be holding you back from living your most authentic life. My work is guided by the belief that everything you need is already within yourself, and our work together can help you uncover your inner strength and peace. I utilize a trauma-informed approach and my therapeutic method focuses on radical acceptance, self-compassion and distress tolerance skills.
I enjoy working with women undergoing life transitions, as well as folks wanting to explore anxiety, trauma, and problematic substance use. I utilize a Health at Every Size (HAES) approach which can be helpful in navigating disordered eating and body image concerns. I have expertise in working with both teens and adults.
I offer Telehealth sessions and Walk and Talk sessions where we can meet out in the community within 10 miles of 98055. Please reach out to schedule a free phone consultation to determine if we would be a good fit!

DBT Skills for Women

We will work through the Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) handbook together, learn new skills each week, and have a space to process and navigate successful implementation. DBT is great for those dealing with mood swings, impulsivity, anxiety, and consistent feelings of being triggered. This group will take place via Telehealth and will begin January 28th, 2025.
