I'm so glad you're here. I know how hard it can be to ask for help. I aim to make therapy a comfortable, safe, and creative space. A space where you can show up fully as yourself. A space for you to grow, learn, grieve, laugh, and do whatever you need to that day. I often work with individuals navigating grief, complex trauma, OCD/intrusive thoughts, religious trauma, and neurodiversity. Populations I specialize in include queer & trans youth/young adults, artists & creatives, and sexual trauma survivors.
We might work well together if you are looking for a genuine relationship with your therapist, want a therapist who sees you as a whole person with lived experience, want to be able to joke with your therapist, and/or need time to open up to people (I am very patient and understand that the therapeutic relationship can be new and a little awkward).
Therapy is vulnerable. Expressing yourself can be difficult, especially with a new person. I work with my clients to find ways to express themselves that feel comfortable for them.
