I'm so glad you're here. I know how hard it can be to ask for help. I aim to make therapy a comfortable, safe, and creative space. A space where you can show up fully as yourself. A space for you to grow, learn, grieve, laugh, and do whatever you need to that day. I often work with individuals navigating grief, complex trauma, OCD/intrusive thoughts, religious trauma, and neurodiversity. Populations I specialize in include queer & trans youth/young adults, artists & creatives, and sexual trauma survivors. Therapy with me is collaborative, laid-back, and deeply personalized.
I love working with teens. These years are so confusing, awkward, exciting, lonely, & everything in between. I want to hear about the show you're obsessed with & the annoying thing happened today, along with all the stuff you don't talk about because it feels like no one will understand. Therapy is a soft space for you to land and explore at your own pace.
Expressing yourself can be difficult, especially with a new person. I work with my clients to find ways to express themselves that feel comfortable for them.
